We are one of the few remaining high street jewellers with a master goldsmith working on site every day. When you bring in a repair, it does not get sent away. It stays right here in our Melrose workshop, where we can keep you updated and turn things around quickly.
From ring resizing and chain repairs to stone setting and gold melting, almost everything is handled in house. The only exception is bead restringing, which is completed by a trusted specialist. 99% of the time, we can fix it. Just bring it in and we will take a look for free.
